this is a typical answer for ezayek? question, all the muslims say el hamd lellah which means "praise be to god" , even they are not ok at all! but they still thank Allah for everything. also some christians say this ,but often they say"shoukran lel rab" which means thanks for God.
Tamam (تمام) often sayed by youth people, it means ''plenitude'' or everything is allright...kowayes (كويس) means I 'm fine.
